Install outer sliding door entrance (1), fit and fix in place.

Weld outer sliding door entrance (1) to inner sliding door entrance (arrows ).

Weld outer sliding door entrance (1) at front and rear to inner sliding door entrance (arrows ).

Weld outer sliding door entrance (1) to side wall paneling (2) and B-pillar (3) (A).


Complete inert gas welds at intervals holding a steel or copper block from outside, allow to cool down in between.
Otherwise heat distortion can occur.

Grind inert gas welds down flat.

Restore surface and smooth.

Remove grinding dust.
