1	Model 909.843 with code W03 (Body extension) except code T16 (Sliding door right) Scribe cut on right side wall (1) as near as possible to side wall paneling and cut (area A).

Only on repair on right side of vehicle.

 Do not cut too deeply.
Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened.

2	Scribe cut on left side wall (1) as near as possible to side wall paneling and cut (area A).

Only on repair on left side of vehicle.

 Do not cut too deeply.
Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened.

3	Scribe cut on side wall (1) and separate (area B).

 Do not cut too deeply.
Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened.

4	Model 909.843 with code T16 (Sliding door right) with code W03 (Body extension) Expose spot welds on side wall and cut out with  spot weld milling cutter (area A1).

Only on repair on right side of vehicle.

5	Expose spot welds on side wall (1) and cut with  spot weld milling cutter (areas C, C1, D, E, F and G).

6	Expose spot welds on side wall (1) and cut out  spot weld milling cutter (areas H, I, J and K).

7	Expose weld seams (arrows) on side wall (1) and cut.

8	Heat sidewall (1) in crosshatched areas.

 Cross-hatched areas are bonded with adhesive.

9	Remove sidewall (1).

10	Expose spot welds and cut with  spot weld milling cutter (area L).

11	Remove section.

12	Grind remaining piece flat on left side wall (area M).

Only on repair on left side of vehicle.

13.1	Only on repair on right side of vehicle. Model 909.843 with code W03 (Body extension) except code T16 (Sliding door right) Grind remaining piece flat on right side wall (area M).

13.2	Only on repair on right side of vehicle. Model 909.843 with code T16 (Sliding door right) with code W03 (Body extension) Grind mating surface down to bare metal in crosshatched area (area M).

14	Grind remaining mating surfaces down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

 Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

15	Level adhesive residues down to 1 mm crosshatched areas (areas N and O).

16	Remove grinding dust and drill chips.

17	Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
