The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on MODEL 909.843 and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

Scribe cuts on inner sidewall (1) and cut (areas A, B, C, D, E and F).

Transfer dimensions for cuts from body.

Prepare inside part of rear sidewall behind wheel arch for installation

Drill holes for plug welding on inner sidewall (1) (area G).

Grind inner sidewall (1) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.


Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Remove grinding dust and drill chips.


5

Coat inside of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
