Remove

1.1

Remove platform cover.

Remove platform cover and roll bar.

Remove sealing rails (1) and profile seals (2) from platform paneling.

 Remove the sealing rails (1) from the rear to the front.



Clean

Clean the contact surfaces of the sealing rails (1) and the profile seals (2) on the platform paneling.

Install

4

Apply the bonding agent to the contact surfaces of the sealing rails (1) and the profile seals (2) on the platform paneling.

Tape primer/bonding agent 94

Remove protective foils on contoured gaskets (2).

Install profile seals (2) on sealing rails (1).

 Use new sealing rails (1).

Remove inner protective foils (3) on sealing rails (1).

Slightly pull off outer protective foils (4) at the ends of the sealing rails (1).

 Approx. Pull off 50 mm and fold outward.

Attach the sealing rails (1) to platform paneling.

 To do this, press sealing rails (1) from inside against contours of platform paneling.

Completely detach outer protective foils (4).

Press sealing rails (1) onto platform paneling from above.

Install platform cover.
