Remove/install

Connect vehicle diagnosis system and commission powertrain control unit gateway (1).

If the powertrain control unit gateway (1) is replaced.

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).

Remove holder for hood cable release lever.

Unclip powertrain control unit gateway (1) from control units holder (2).

Disconnect electrical connectors (3) and remove powertrain control unit gateway (1).

Install in the reverse order
