Remove/install

Remove DC/DC converter.

Remove refrigerant condenser of auxiliary circuit.

Remove switchover valve of auxiliary circuit in engine compartment.

Remove electrical coolant pump (2) of auxiliary circuit.

 To do this, remove the holder. Do not disconnect electrical connector and coolant hoses from electrical coolant pump (2).

Remove electrical circulation pump (3).

 To do this, remove the holder. Do not disconnect electrical connector and coolant hoses from electrical circulation pump (3).

Remove bracket (4) with coolant hoses.

 To do this, undo screw/bolt.

Remove electrical wiring harnesses and high-voltage lines from assembly carrier (1).

 For this purpose, remove retaining clips.

 Installation: Check retaining clips for damage.

If damage is present:



Replace damaged retaining clips.

Remove bolts (5).

 Screw, assembly carrier to frame

Remove assembly carrier (1) upward.


Carefully remove assembly carrier (1).
Otherwise, damage may occur to the surrounding component parts.

Install in the reverse order.
