Raise vehicle.

Stretch boot (1) by turning steering to maximum steering angle and check for damage (cracks, holes, chafe marks and indentations).


Do not check the boot (1) by pressing in or around the raised bead.
Otherwise damage and leakage will occur.

If the boot (1) is damaged,

Replace boot (1).
