Y10/1 Power steering pump pressure regulator valve

 	Remove/install
	Before opening the hydraulic system of the power steering, thoroughly clean the area surrounding the separation point. Even minute particles of dirt, introduced into the hydraulic components, can result in malfunctions or damage to the power steering
1	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150RX
2	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-P-1202RX
3	Remove expansion reservoir (2)		AR46.25-P-1000RX
4	Detach pressure line (3) from the power steering pump (1)		*129589009100
			*BA46.30-P-1010-01S
5	Disconnect the electrical connector at the pressure regulator valve (Y10/1)
6	Detach power steering pump (1) from timing case cover by unscrewing the bolts (4)		*BA46.30-P-1001-01S
7	Remove bolt (7) and remove power steering pump (1) upwards		*BA46.30-P-1001-01S
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Fill and bleed power steering pump (1)		AR46.30-P-0010B
