6 | Check all components of check valve (1) for wear and condition | On the screw plug (2) with integral plastic sealing ring, the screw plug (2) must be replaced if the plastic sealing ring is damaged. | |

11 | Perform a test drive and bleed hydrodynamic retarder | If present and possible, switch off the foot control of the hydrodynamic retarder. Move the vehicle at 50 km/h and switch on the hydrodynamic retarder 5 times in the first brake stage for approx. 5 s each time. |
