1 | Detach hot film mass air flow sensor from air intake pipe | ||
The hot film mass air flow sensor is not detached from the air filter housing. | |||
2 | Remove air filter housing with hot film mass air flow sensor | ||
3 | Remove charge air hose from charge air cooler | ||
4 | Remove charge air pipe | Model 447 with engine 622.9 | |
Remove the charge air pipe with the charge air hose. | |||
5 | Disconnect vacuum line (2) | ||
6 | Remove vacuum hose (3) | ||
7 | Remove vacuum pump (1) | For this purpose, remove bolts (4). | |
Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket. | |||

8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
