B24/15 Turn rate and lateral acceleration sensor
| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove left front seat (1) | ||
2 | Reposition floor covering under the left front seat (1) in the rear area until the sensor for rotational speed and lateral acceleration (B24/15) is accessible | When repositioning the floor covering ensure that this is not damaged due to breaking or cracking. | |
3 | Disconnect electrical connector (2) from yaw rate and lateral acceleration sensor (B24/15) | ||
4 | Unscrew nuts (3) on the yaw rate and lateral acceleration sensor (B24/15) and remove the yaw rate and lateral acceleration sensor (B24/15) | ||
5 | Install in the reverse order | ||
6 | Calibrate the yaw rate and lateral acceleration sensor (B24/15) | Follow the instructions in the Diagnosis Assistant System. | |
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory |
