4 | Release front brake cable (3) with the adjustment screw (2) | ||
5 | Remove covers on hand brake lever (1) | Fastenings may brake. | |
6 | Detach clamp and pin (4), guide front brake cable (3) out of the bracket | Using the special tool unclip the vinyl ring (5) out of the cable guide in the direction of the arrow. Replace damaged vinyl ring (5). | |

7 | Guide front brake cable (3) out at the opening in the underfloor | Installation: Insert grommet (6) of the front brake cable (3) correctly in underfloor. | |
8 | Unscrew heat dissipation plate on underfloor | ||

9 | Unscrew clamp (8) from fuel tank (3) on right (exhaust side) | Using a suitable telescopic lifter lower and support fuel tank until the front brake cable (3) can be gripped. | |
10 | Unhook return spring (9) | ||
11 | Loosen bolt (10) | | |
12 | Unscrew bolt (12) on clamp bracket (11) | | |
13 | Unscrew released bolt (10) and remove front brake cable (3) from the guide of clamp bracket (11) | Using the special tool, unclip the plastic ring from the cable guide. Replace damaged plastic ring. | |
