Do not swallow or come into contact with the TIREFIT tire sealant, which is an emulsion of rubber and terpene phenolic resin. No open flames or open light sources.

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove wheel

Set wheel upright with valve facing downwards for 10 minutes

To enable the tire sealant (3) to drain off, position wheel 200 mm (a) higher up.

Push valve element out of valve and release pressure from tire

Pull valve out of disk wheel

Push the valve debris remaining in the valve bore of the disk wheel into the inside of the wheel.

Attach hose (2) to tire sealant container (1)

Replace the original hose of the tire sealant container (1) with a hose (2) 400 mm long.

If the tire sealant container (1) is not available, drill through tread using a Ø 10 mm twist drill bit and allow tire sealant (3) to flow out into a suitable container.

Press tire sealant container (1) together and immerse hose (2) through the valve bore in the disk wheel as far as possible into the tire sealant (3)

Reduce pressure on tire sealant container (1), the tire sealant (3) is then suctioned off

90% of the tire sealant (3) can be removed using this method.

Replace tires

Use a damp cloth to remove residual tire sealant (3) from the disk wheel.

Place new TIREFIT tire repair kit in the vehicle
