Unscrew valve element from valve (43g), remove wheel balance weight (43a)

On the following wheel/tire combinations the TR412 valve (short version) must be installed: Complete light alloy wheels, BRABUS Monoblock VI, 17" (front axle 205, rear axle 225), code R57.

Position bead breaker shovel of tire installer onto tire bead opposite the valve (43g)

Do not fit at the tire side wall, but only at the bead flank, otherwise the carcass will be damaged.

Pry off the tire on the inside and outside over the safety bead seat of the disc wheel.

Clamp the rim on the tire installer. Moisten rim flange and tire bead with tire assembly paste. Align assembly head at a small distance (X, Y) to the disk wheel.

Only use tire assembly paste for removing and assembling tires.

Position disk wheel so that valve (43g) is approx. 10 cm in front of mounting head looking in the direction of rotation

Lever tire bead with an assembly lever over the assembly lug and pull off the tire

Install new valve (43g).

Moisten rim flange and tire bead with tire assembly paste. Align assembly head at a small distance (X, Y) to the disk wheel

Only use tire assembly paste for removing and assembling tires.

Place tire obliquely on the rim and pull on over the rim flange using the tire installer

Observe the running direction on tires with specified running direction.

Put as little stress as possible on bead area.

Align match points of tire and disk wheel, remove disk wheel with tire from tire mounting device

Inflate tire without valve element to a maximum of 3 bar.

The tire must slide evenly over the safety bead seat of the disk wheel, otherwise coat the tire bead again with tire assembly paste.

Screw valve element into valve (43g) and correct tire inflation pressure to the specified value

Refer to notes on tire pressure in fuel filler flap of vehicle.
