Remove bolts for propeller shaft intermediate bearing (106a).

 Installation: 

Tighten bolts in propeller shaft intermediate bearing

Detach rear propeller shaft from rear axle differential

 Flex disk remains on propeller shaft.

 Installation: Connect rear propeller shaft to rear axle differential

Loosen fitting sleeves on flexible couplings.

 Tie up propeller shaft to one side.

Drift for loosening fitting sleeves in flex disks.

Remove rear axle shafts (37) from connecting flange

 Move rear axle shaft so that is roughly horizontal and then push together.

Remove rear axle shaft from connecting flange diagonally downward and tie to rear spring.

 Installation: Replace self-locking internal polygon or hexagon socket head screws and shims.

Lightly oil bolts at thread and bolt head contact surface.


