| Mark installation position of drive flange (1) relative to the drive pinion.

| Counterhold drive flange (1) with retainer wrench and unscrew collar nut.
|

| Attach puller with screws M10x1x100 to drive flange (1).
|

| Counterhold drive flange (1) with retainer wrench and remove drive flange (1) from drive pinion.
|

| Check drive flange (1) for galling, and replace drive flange (1) if required.

| Attach drive flange (1).
|
|
| Observe the marking for the installation position.
|

| Counterhold drive flange (1) with retainer wrench and screw on new collar nut .
