Mark installation position of drive flange (1) relative to the drive pinion.

Release collar nut.

Counterhold drive flange (1) with  retainer wrench and unscrew collar nut.

 Attach puller with screws M10x1x100 to drive flange (1).

Counterhold drive flange (1) with  retainer wrench and remove drive flange  (1) from drive pinion.

Check drive flange (1) for galling, and replace drive flange (1) if required.

Attach drive flange (1).

 Observe the marking for the installation position.

Counterhold drive flange (1) with  retainer wrench and screw on new collar nut  .
