2 | Remove front wheels. | When removing the front wheels, the vehicle must be supported at the jacking points provided. | |
3 | Press off brake drum with two bolts | Identify position of brake drum to wheel hub with center punch mark. | |
4 | Remove front wheel hub (4) | ||
| Disassemble | ||
5 | Pull off outer race of outer tapered roller bearing (5) | | |

6 | Pull off outer race of inner tapered roller bearing (3) together with the inner tapered roller bearing (2) and pull off radial sealing ring (1) | | |
| |||
7 | Clean all parts and check for wear. | Replace, if necessary. | |
| Assemble | ||
8 | Press in outer race of inner tapered roller bearing (3) | | |
9 | Insert inner tapered roller bearing (2) | Grease inner tapered roller bearing (2) lightly. | |

Long-life grease | |||
10 | Press in radial sealing ring (1) | | |
11 | Press in outer race of outer tapered roller bearing (5) | | |
12 | Pack front wheel hub (4) with specified quantity of grease | Fill space between dust and sealing lip of radial sealing ring (1) with grease. | |

14 | Mount brake drum | Pay attention to marking. | |
