Print out "tank system, fuel cell, form event log," fill out, and attach to the vehicle somewhere clearly visible.



Lower rear axle far enough until the stabilizer bar (1) is accessible.

Remove both torsion bar linkages (4) from stabilizer bar (1).

 Set of Torx wrench

Remove bolts (3) and remove stabilizer bar (1).

 Screwdriver bit

Check

Check elastomer bearings (2) for wear and damage.

If problems exist,



Replace stabilizer bar (1).



Clean

Clean inside thread of stabilizer bar (1) and inside thread of torsion bar linkage (4) using a tap M10.

When reinstalling the stabilizer bar (1).

 Use commercially available M10 tap.



Install

Mount stabilizer bar (1) onto rear axle carrier (5) and screw in bolts (3).

 Replace bolts (3).
The bolts (3) are locked in place with nuts.

Mount torsion bar linkage (4) onto stabilizer bar (1).

 Replace bolts and lock in place using Loctite 243.

Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)
