Remove/install

1

Remove front wheel and tire assemblies.

Remove center engine compartment lining.

AR61.20-P-1105ME

Unscrew screws (5) and remove torsion bar linkage (6) at left and right from stabilizer bar (4).

Notes on threaded connections fastened using a tightening angle-based tightening process

 Remove torsion bar linkage (6) carefully; stabilizer bar (4) is under tension.

 Bolt, stabilizer rod to stabilizer

Unscrew screws (1) and remove holders (2) and stabilizer bar (4).

 Bolt, stabilizer bracket/stabilizer to front axle carrier

*BA32.35-P-1001-02D



Check

5

Check elastomer bearings (3) and stabilizer bar (4) for damage.

If damage is present,



replace corresponding component part.

6

Install in the reverse order.
