Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).

Remove load compartment floor from trunk.

Remove left rear seat of 3rd  seat row.

3.1

Remove nuts (1).

3.2

Unscrew screws from adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5).

Remove adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5) far enough to gain access to the electrical connector (2).


Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension.
This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability.

Release and disconnect electrical connector (2), then remove the adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5).

Install in the reverse order.

Commission adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5).

If the adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5) is replaced.
