Remove/install

Open hood.

Remove wheel and tire assemblies.

Fill air suspension.

If air suspension is unpressurized.

Check

Check pressure line connections (1) on front suspension struts (6).

 Use leak detection spray to check for leaks.

 Wait approx. 10 to 15 min after spraying leak detection spray. This allows smaller leaks to be detected (bubbles form). Larger leaks can be seen immediately.

 If bubbles occur despite a properly installed pressure line or repair line, the respective pressure line connector or respective repair threaded connection may be faulty under certain circumstances.

If leaks are present:



Check whether affected pressure line or affected repair line is inserted up to end stop.

If bubbles form again:



Replace affected pressure line connector or affected repair threaded connection.

If leaks are present:



Repair affected pressure line connection (6).
