Remove/install

Pull bellows (2) off bracket (1)

Release bracket (1) from the floor panel

 Installation: Apply light pressure only to brake pedal to ensure that the catch tabs (7) are not damaged

Remove bolt (3)



Remove pedal lever (5)

 Pull pedal lever (5) up first, then rotate to the front (arrows) and remove to one side.

 Installation: Insert positioning hook (4) into guide groove, rotate pedal lever (5) upwards and lock into position in upper notch.

Remove holder (1)

 Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of sealing lip in bracket (1)

Spray silicon onto inside of bellows (2)

Move bellows (2) over positioning hook (4) and guide journal (6) of pedal lever (5)

 Do not damage bellows (2).

 Use suitable tool to pry bellows (2) over positioning hook (4) and journal (6).

Take off boot (2)

Install in the reverse order

Retrofit pedal assembly seal

 The seal can be retrofitted in case of leaks.
