 	Removing, installing
1.1	Remove air duct connector	 Models 638.0/1 without code H00 only (warm air duct to passenger compartment)	AR83.10-S-4500-01A
2	Remove air duct for rear passenger compartment	 Do not remove air duct complete. Refer to 
		Models 638.0/1 with code H00 (warm air duct to passenger compartment) and left-hand steering	AR83.10-S-4500A
		Model 638.2 and left-hand steering	AR83.10-S-4500B
		Models 638.0/1 with code H00 (warm air duct to passenger compartment) and right-hand steering	AR83.10-S-4500C
		Model 638.2 and right-hand steering	AR83.10-S-4500D
3	Remove ashtray		AR82.00-S-9999A
4	Unhook shift cables (2) from transmission		AR26.60-S-6627-01A
5	Unhook shift cables (2) from transfer lever (8)	 Installation: Check operation of selector lever. Refer to 
		Adjusting shift cables (2).	AR26.60-S-6420A
6	Remove tab washers (9)	 Installation: Check condition of tab washers (9) and replace if necessary.
7	Press rubber grommet (6) out of mounting bore	 Installation: Ensure rubber grommet (6) is seated correctly in firewall.
8	Remove shift cables (2) together with rubber grommet (6) forwards through the firewall in the direction of the engine compartment
9	Install in reverse order
