The axial play of the idle gears must not be adjusted. Due to the constructive dimensions, axial play of approx. 0.1 - 0.4 mm per idle gear is produced.
Checking
1 Moving each of the gears from side to side with your hand, check the axial play, 0.1 - 0.4 mm, of the idle gears (1,2,3,,6,7) on the input shaft (4) and the main shaft (5).
If the axial play is excessive, disassemble input shaft (4) or output shaft (5). Replace defective parts.
