 The axial play of the idle gears must not be adjusted. Due to the constructive dimensions, axial play of approx. 0.1 - 0.4 mm per idle gear is produced.

Checking

1 Moving each of the gears from side to side with your hand, check the axial play, 0.1 - 0.4 mm, of the idle gears (1,2,3,,6,7) on the input shaft (4) and the main shaft (5).

 If the axial play is excessive, disassemble input shaft (4) or output shaft (5). Replace defective parts.
