1 | Insert differential (14). |
Ensure that differential (14) is seated correctly. |
2 | Install drive shaft (7). |
3 | Install shaft of reverse gear (13). |
4 | Install new locking pin (12) for shaft of reverse gear (13). |
The narrower end of the locking pin (12) must point towards the 1st/2nd gear shift shaft. |

5 | Insert blocking pieces (11) into bores. |
6 | Lift drive shaft (7) and tilt it to the side slightly. |
7 | Install output shaft (8) together with shift fork (9) and 1st/2nd gear shift shaft (10). |

8 | Assemble shift unit (4) of 3rd/4th gear. |
Replace spring plates (16). |
The 3rd/4th gear shift unit (4) consists of the synchronizer body (15), the spring plates (16), the thrust pieces (17), the sliding sleeve (18) and the synchronizer rings (19). |
9 | Lift drive shaft (7) and tilt it to the side slightly. |
10 | Install 3rd/4th gear shift unit (4) together with shift fork (5) and shift shaft (6). |
11 | Install 4th gear idler gear (2) together with shim (3). |
Pay attention to installation position of shim (3). |
12 | Install 5th/reverse gear shift shaft (1). |
