Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Move steering gear (1) to center position.

Mount engine support clamp and attach engine

Remove bracket on bumper

Remove both torsion bar linkage on the stabilizer bar

Remove stabilizer bar

Remove universal joint (6) from steering gear (1)

 Remove bolt (7) to do this.

Disconnect electrical connectors (8)

Remove electrical wiring harness from integral carrier (5)

 Installation: Check cable tie, replace as required.

Remove steering gear (1)

Only when installing a new integral carrier (5).
