Removing, installing

Remove the lower insulation coating

Raise the engine

 Raise the engine until the engine bearings and supports are released from the load of the engine weight

Remove the tank (5) from the accessory-holder (7) with the coolant pipes and separate it

with air conditioning (Code H06)

Unscrew screws (8) of the front engine bearing (2) in the accessory-holder (7)


 Screws (8) can be reached from below through the accessory-holder (7)

Unscrew screw (3) of the front engine support (1) in the engine bearing (2)


 Replace the self-locking nut (4)

Withdraw the front engine bearing (2)

Check the engine bearing and replace if necessary

Remove the rear engine support (9)

 Replace the self-locking nut (11), pay attention to the grip torques

Unscerw screws (8) of the rear engine bearing (12) in the accessory-holder (7)


 Screw (8) can be reached from below through the accessory-holder (7)

Withdraw the rear engine bearing (12)

Check the engine bearings and replace if necessary
