1 | Remove expansion reservoir | ||
2 | Disconnect engine coolant fan motor connector (M4/2x1) for the coolant fan motor (M4/2) and unclip retaining clip (1) | ||
3 | Unscrew screw (2) | ||
4 | Unclip coolant hose (3) from fan shroud (4) | ||
5 | Unscrew bolts (5) | ||
6 | Unhinge fan shroud (4) with engine coolant fan motor (M4/2) upwards out of the guide (6) and remove from the bottom | ||
7.1 | Unclip engine coolant fan motor connector (M4/2x1) from the fan shroud (4) | Only when replacing fan shroud (4). | |
8.1 | Undo bolts (7) and detach engine coolant fan motor (M4/2) from the fan shroud (4) | Only when replacing fan shroud (4). | |
9 | Install in the reverse order |
