Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Drain off coolant.

Remove bleed line (7) from coolant expansion reservoir (1).

Remove coolant hose (6) from coolant expansion reservoir (1).

Remove switchover valve from coolant expansion reservoir (1) and place to one side with connected lines.

Unscrew nuts (3) and place bracket (4) to one side.

Remove screw/bolt (2).

Lift coolant expansion reservoir (1) until electrical connector of fluid level sensor is accessible.

Release and disconnect electrical connector of fluid level sensor.

Remove coolant expansion reservoir (1).

Check elastomer bearing of coolant expansion reservoir (1) for damage.

If there are problems,



Replace elastomer bearing.

Install in the reverse order.

 Metric screws/bolts and nuts as per MBN 10 105, 10 143
