Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

The coolant thermostat housing is not removed.

Remove coolant hose (2)

Remove screw/bolt (3)

Remove coolant pipe (4)

To do this press coolant pipe (4) with a suitable tool out of the crankcase (5).

Installation: Replace sealing ring.

Install in the reverse order

Check

Check cooling circuit for leaktightness
