Remove bracket (3)

 Installation: The low-temperature circuit cooler (1) must be seated correctly in the rubber bushings (7).

Remove the low-temperature circuit cooler (1) upward out of the rubber bushings (8)

Remove coolant hose (5) from low-temperature circuit cooler (1)

Seal opened hoses and connections with suitable stop plugs


Open connections on the coolant circuit must always be sealed.
Otherwise, ingress of dirt will damage the coolant circuit.

Remove coolant hose (6) from low-temperature circuit cooler (1)

Seal opened hoses and connections with suitable stop plugs


Open connections on the coolant circuit must always be sealed.
Otherwise, ingress of dirt will damage the coolant circuit.

Install in the reverse order

 Warning

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
