Remove mounting clips (1) on cooler (2)

Remove fan unit

Unclip cable for engine hood opening at right engine hood catch and place cable to one side

Detach coolant hose (3) on cooler (2)

Detach coolant hose (4) on cooler (2)

Detach bleed hose (5) at cooler (2)

 Hose clamp pliers

Detach coolant hose at connecting point (6) on cooler for low-temperature water circuit (7)

 Hose clamp pliers

Unscrew nuts (8, 9) and detach refrigerant lines (10, 11) on condenser (12) and place to one side

 Installation: Install new sealing rings.

Remove complete radiator package upwards

 The radiator package consists of a cooler (2), cooler for low-temperature water circuit (7) and condenser (12).

 Installation: Ensure correct seating of the radiator package.

Remove screws/bolts (13)

Remove cooler (2) from low-temperature circuit cooler (7)

Install in the reverse order

 Warning

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
