1 | Drain off coolant | ||
2 | Remove ATL with exhaust manifold | ||
3 | Remove poly-V belt | ||
4 | Remove clamp (4) | Installation: Position clamp (4) correctly. | |
5 | Remove coolant hose (3) at connection fitting of coolant pump (1) | ||
6 | Remove coolant hose (5) at connection fitting of coolant pump (1) | ||
7 | Remove vacuum hose (2) at vacuum unit of the coolant pump (1) | ||
8 | Remove coolant line (8) | To do this, remove screw/bolts (7). | |
Installation: Replace sealing ring. | |||

9 | Remove screw/bolts (6) | Screw/bolt, coolant pump to crankcase | |
Screw/bolt, coolant pump to timing case | |||
10 | Remove coolant pump (1) | Installation: Check sealing ring, inspect and, if necessary, replace. | |
