Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Drain off coolant

Disconnect electrical connection (5) from coolant pump (1)

Remove coolant hoses (2, 3) from coolant pump (1)

Catch coolant in a suitable container.

Pay attention to installation position.

Installation: Replace clamps.

Pull out coolant pump (1) upwards from the elastomer bearing (4)

Install in the reverse order
