Danger!

Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel.

No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Disconnect battery ground cable

Drain coolant

Remove underfloor paneling

Disconnect circulation pump power supply (1)

Loosen the coolant hose hose clamps (2)

Pull coolant hoses (3) off the circulation pump (5)

Unscrew bolt of retaining clamp (4) at circulation pump (5)

Remove circulation pump (5)

 Installation: Pay attention to the installation position of the circulation pump rubber.

Install in the reverse order

Perform a function test
