| Remove/install | ||
1 | Drain off coolant. | ||
2 | Release and disconnect the electrical connector (2). | ||
3 | Remove connection fittings (4, 5) of coolant lines at coolant pump (1). | ||
4 | Seal connection fittings (4, 5) and opening at coolant pump (1) with protective covers. | Set of protective caps | |
5 | Remove screw (3). | ||
6 | Unhook bracket (6.2) from the bracket (6.1) and remove. | ||
7 | Remove coolant pump (1) from the bracket (6.1). | Installation: Align coolant pump (1) with connection fittings (4, 5) of coolant lines. | |
8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
9 | Read out and delete fault memory. | If coolant pump (1) was replaced. | |
