Remove/install

Drain engine oil.



 Installation: Install bottom center engine compartment lining only after the leak test.

Release electrical connector(1) and disconnect.

Remove screws (2) and remove engine oil fill level sensor (B40/6).

 Bolt, fill level sensor to oil pan

Remove O-ring (3).

 Installation: Replace O-ring (3).

Install in the reverse order.



Check

Read out and delete fault memory.

If engine oil fill level sensor (B40/6) was replaced.


