G1 Generator

 	Removing, installing
1	Remove the generator (G1)		AR15.40-S-5032A
2	Remove the front semi-axle		AR33.30-S-6500M
3	Remove the intermediate shaft		AR33.30-S-7706M
4.1	Turn belt pulley/vibration damper (10) until bolt (3) is accessible	Engine 601.970  Rotate engine at crankshaft.	AR01.00-S-0120B
5	Unscrew bolt (3)		*BA01.40-N-1005-01B
6	Unscrew bolts (5) and take off support crossmember (4) at generator support (1)	 Support cross member (4) is attached with six bolts. Four of them are screwed in at the cylinder head.	AR15.40-S-6232-01A

7.1	Unscrew bolt (9)	Engine 601.970
			*BA09.40-N-1005-01A
8.1	Detach oil return pipes (6) at crankcase and take off together with intermediate pipe	Engine 601.970  Installation: replace seal (7) and gasket (8).
9	Unscrew bolts (2) and take off generator support (1)	 Pay attention to dowel sleeves at the bottom bolts (2).

10	Install in the reverse order

 Engine block, timing case cover, sealing cover
