Y80 Pressure transducer for charge-air control

 	Remove/install
1	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-S-0005A
2	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-S-1202B
3	Remove charge air pipe		AR09.41-S-8620A
4	Remove charge air hose on turbocharger	 Thoroughly clean connection points of hose clamps otherwise it may be possible to pry off the charge air hoses during operation.
		 Note installation position of charge air hose.
		Wrench hexagon
5	Detach vacuum hose (1) at pressure transducer for charge-air control (Y80)
6	Unscrew nut on connection (D+) on alternator (G1)		*BA15.40-P-1003-01D
7	Unscrew nut on connection (B+) from alternator (G1)	 Fit protective cap (5)	*BA15.40-P-1002-01D
		
8	Unscrew bolts (6) from alternator (G1) on timing case cover		*BA15.40-P-1001-01D
			*001589760900
9	Remove alternator (G1)
10	Install in the reverse order
