Slacken poly V-belt (1)

Take off poly V-belt (1)

Slacken tensioning device (2) when working on engine or on timing case cover. Inspect belt pulley for dirt and damage, replace if necessary.

Inspect poly V-belt (1)

Inspect poly V-belt, replace if necessary according to condition

Fit on poly V-belt (1)

Do not use belt wax or similar products
