1 Exhaust manifold

2 Gasket

3 Stud

4 Nut

5 Turbocharger

6 Bolt

	Remove/install
1	Remove exhaust system with exhaust collection pipe	 Do not disassemble exhaust system.	AR49.10-S-7000B
2	Remove turbocharger (5)		AR09.40-S-6020B
3	Unscrew nuts (4) at exhaust manifold (1)	 Check screw bolts (3) and replace if necessary.
		Installation: Replace self-locking nuts (4).

4	Remove exhaust manifold (1)	Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, install new gasket (2).
5	Install in the reverse order
	Checking
6	Inspect exhaust system for leaks
