1 | Remove left turn signal lamp | Do not separate electrical connection at left turn signal lamp. | |
2 | Remove lower engine compartment paneling | ||
3 | Detach charge air hoses (1, 2) at the charge air cooler (3) | Installation: Ensure that the charge air hoses (1,2) are seated properly. | |
4 | Unscrew bolts (4, 5, 6) | Replace screws (4, 5, 6). | |
Screws (4, 5, 6) vary in length. | |||
5 | Remove charge air cooler (3) | Installation: When replacing the charge air cooler (3) the rubber mount (7) and the air and air ducting (8) must be modified. | |
6 | Install in reverse order |
