1 | Remove front bumper | ||
2 | Remove lock crossmember | ||
3 | Remove additional fan (1) with upper bracket (2) | Installation: Check for correct seating of the electrical connector for additional fan (1). | |
4 | Remove left radiator trim panel (3) and right radiator trim panel (4) | The left radiator trim panel (3) and right radiator trim panel (4) are screwed on at the bottom and hooked in at the top. | |
5 | Remove condenser (5) | Place to one side with connected refrigerant lines. | |
6 | Detach charge air hoses (7, 8) on charge air cooler (6) | Installation: Check condition of hose clamps and charge air hoses (7, 8), replace if necessary. | |
7 | Remove charge air cooler (6) on steering system cooling circuit (9) | ||
8 | Remove charge air cooler (6) from radiator (10) | Installation: Clean charge air hoses (7, 8) and connecting pipe from charge air cooler (6) otherwise the charge air hoses (7, 8) can come off the charge air cooler (6). | |
9 | Install in reverse order | ||
10 | Check charge air system for leaks |
