1 | Remove front bumper | ||
2 | Remove headlamp | ||
3 | Remove front end cross member together with front grille | ||
4 | Remove radiator trim on left and right (1, 2) | Attached by screws at bottom, inserted at top. | |
5 | Detach charge air hoses (3, 4) at charge air cooler (5) | ||
6 | Detach charge air cooler (5) at cooling loop (6) | ||
7 | Take charge air cooler (5) off the radiator | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order |
