Remove/install

Remove throttle valve actuator

Disconnect electrical connections on boost pressure sensor (B5/1) and charge air temperature sensor (B17/9)

Remove screw/bolt (3)

 Screw/bolt, charge air line to engine support

Remove charge air pipe (1) downwards out of the charge air distributor

 Installation: Ensure correct seating of the seals (2) on charge air pipe (1).

Remove boost pressure sensor (B5/1) and charge air temperature sensor (B17/9) on charge air pipe (1)

When replacing the charge air pipe (1)

 Pressure sensor on charge air manifold

Install in the reverse order
