Detach coolant pipe (5) bracket on transmission

The coolant pipe (5) it attached by two brackets on the transmission.

Remove lower engine compartment paneling

Remove bolts (1) on oil return line (2)

Installation: Install new bolts (1).

Swivel oil return line (2) forwards and remove seal between turbocharger (3) and oil return line (2)

Installation: Replace gasket between turbocharger (3) and oil return line (2).

Detach oil return line (2) from crankcase (4)

Installation: Check rubber grommet on oil return line (2); replace if necessary.

Install in reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.

Carry out an engine test run and check the oil return line (2) for leaks

Check engine oil level by means of oil dipstick

Engine oil level must be between "Min" and "Max", otherwise engine damage could occur.
