Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove screw (7) and remove coolant return line (3) from the exhaust gas turbocharger   .

Installation: Replace seals.

Remove screw (5) and remove coolant return line (3)   .

Installation: Replace seals.

Remove screw (6) and pull coolant feed pipe (4) out of the exhaust gas turbocharger and coolant pump and remove   .

Installation: Replace seals.

Install in the reverse order.
