| Remove and install | ||
1 | Remove the manifold (1), together with the turbocharger (2) and the flange (4). | ||
2 | Remove the deflector plate (3). | | |
3 | Remove the nuts (5) and the flange (4). | Install: Replace the nuts (5). | |

4 | Remove the nuts (6). | Install: Replace the nuts (6). | |

5 | Remove the turbocharger (2) from the exhaust manifold (21). | Install: The coupling faces of the manifold (1) and the turbocharger (2) , must be clean and free of damages. | |
6 | Remove the oil return tube (7). | Install: Replace the sealing joint. | |
| |||
7 | Install in reverse order. |
